Each month we will have an hour βoil & water checkβ to review transition planning and our focus areas for the coming weeks.
Sessions will be held online (except quarterly - where we will alternate location QLD/NSW/VIC) we will have 2 x Half Day sessions in this program.
During the Quarterly β Half Day workshop we will Deep Dive into the toolkits β tracking what is going well, what needs attention and what the plan is for keeping you going in the right direction then wrap up with a group dinner.
Weekly 30min check ins will be our fuel stops - sharing strategies on toolkits and transition checklists to ensure you keep looking at and working on your business instead of always in your business.
