Executives in Business
Are you ready to strategically build your relationship with other Executives and Board members and become memorable for the right reasons?
Want to adapt your leadership style to succeed in situations you may have previously felt uncomfortable?
Ready to accelerate your Executive Presence and step into your rightful role?
-
Have you heard the saying that ‘we can reach a level of success by being in the right place at the right time’ – well I think this is true to a certain point in your career. We all benefit from having a mentor or sponsor in our workplace where we are guided through the promotional pathways and then what happens when we reach a ceiling and cannot seem to go any further. Whether it’s the CFO role or a COO role, how do we show our executive leadership and Board that we are ready for the big office?
This is where we need to leverage our own ‘CFO and beyond strategy’ and without doing this alone, this is when a CFO coach comes to your assistance.
-
Being able to strategically achieve the financial leadership position that you want, anywhere in the world. I believe that we can all achieve everything that we want in our professional lives, with identifying just three steps.
1. Knowing What we Want
2. Planning your Pathway to Achieving that goal and
3. Having someone to hold you accountable in achieving it
Having a CFO Coach is different from a general career coach as it means you are working with someone who has walked the path upon which you walk. Has navigated the many twists and turns ahead that positions you as CFO, COO or other C-Suite roles.
-
Aspiring CFO’s, senior finance professionals looking to step into the CFO or similar role.
Finance professionals seeking to improve their impact and influencing skills, to become sought out rather than being left out when it comes to leadership within your organization.
A finance leader who is looking to consolidate their experience and craft their own personal brand statement.
Being able to leverage digital and physical channels to demonstrate your strengths in technical experience and creating powerful storytelling techniques to incorporate experiences demonstrating credibility and gaining opportunities.
How Does Coaching Work?
Understanding our own strengths and weaknesses is a great place to start when thinking about personal and professional growth. Starting with a self audit which gets you thinking about all the aspects of yourself, its your brand, think of this as your own SWOT analysis, from key messages, digital profile, presentation and communication skills. Seeing how we show up in our professional lives from the outside, understanding how others see our skills, and assess what is missing and where might we have potential blind spots.
What is the Methodology?
Starting with a 6 week course with 1:1 virtual coaching you will work through the following categories with
The ‘Business’ of You
B – Brand – review of your personal SWOT analysis & diagnostic tool
U – Understanding – what is the pathway and big goal for you
S – Stakeholders – crafting your communications strategy & stakeholder mapping
I – Impact – leading with impact and sharpening your influencer techniques
N – Network – growing your positioning & leveraging your network
E – Executive Presence – how to show up in the corporate environment
S – Selling messages & shaping these into draft keynote presentation

In both listed and private commercial businesses, the roles of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO) are pivotal, each contributing distinct expertise to the organization’s success. In an ASX-listed technology and FINTECH business, the CFO manages financial operations and investor relations, while the COO optimizes day-to-day functions. Similarly, in a multinational property services group, the CFO navigates complex financial landscapes, while the COO oversees global operations. Meanwhile, in a global insurance group, the CFO manages risk assessment, and the COO handles claims processing. In engineering consultancies, the CFO handles project budgets, and the COO focuses on project management. For SME technology firms, the CFO secures funding, and the COO oversees product development. In public-private partnerships, both roles balance objectives and efficiencies. Moreover, executive coaching programs enhance finance teams’ capabilities, fostering strategic thinking and leadership qualities essential for navigating diverse industries and driving sustainable growth.
